YETUNDE OLADEJI (INED) has two decades of professional experience in finance and accounting, risk management, internal control, corporate governance and auditing across diverse industries. Adept at developing and implementing financial strategies that ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources. She has led several teams on assurance, risk, and controls advisory projects. She is currently the group head internal controls and audit at Kam Holding Limited, a leading steel conglomerate where she is leading the business process transformation for the entire group. Her core career objectives center on adding value to organizations by leveraging data and digital technologies to deliver effective solutions and drive business profitability. Yetunde is a graduate of Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University. She holds an MBA with specialization in Business Administration and Management from Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University and a fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
