In Owerri, FINCA Microfinance Bank refurbished Owerri Main Market Amalgamated Traders Association( OMMATA) Secretariat. The handover of the refurbished secretariat held on the 6th of May 2015 at the Ekeonuwa Market which is the largest market in Imo State where FINCA operates.

At the handover ceremony, the CEO of FINCA MfB, Mr Philip Takyi addressing the leaders of the market, said that the bank is committed to partnering with the traders to support and finance their businesses with it’s unconventional approach to banking which is mission based, client- centric with simple but innovative financial solutions to help clients effectively manage their money,save for the future and grow their business.

He went further to inform the market that,the bank’s services will be accessed through our efficient branch and non-branch network with expansion plan to other states in the near future.

The chairman of the market,OMMATA,Hon Alex Okwudili Lawrence, expressed profound gratitude to the management of FINCA MfB for rufurbishing their secretariat which has been in a very bad shape until this moment and assured FINCA that the traders will continue to patronize and do business with FINCA.
