Chigozie Innocent Obioha is the Chief Financial Officer, FINCA Microfinance bank and has work experience in the financial sector spanning over 15 years in multi-capacity. He joined FINCA Microfinance bank from RESORT Savings and Loans Plc, where he was a Corporate Internal Auditor, and had outstanding delivery of his roles and responsibilities, and won some accolades as Head, Branch Operations with ACCION Microfinance Bank Limited.

In his capacity as Chief Financial Officer of FINCA Microfinance Bank, Chigozie manages the entire Finance Department. He is also involved in cross-functional workgroups within the FINCA network supporting all banking operations.

Chigozie is a seasoned Banker and Financial Operations professional with discipline in Business Administrations and Management, and Accounting from the Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, Owerri, Imo State, and Lagos State University respectively; he also holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Administration.

He is a CFA Institute, Level III candidate; he is also an associate member of reputable institutes in Nigeria such as the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
