Mr. Greenwood has prior experience as CEO with five FINCA subsidiaries of which three were green-field operations. He has managed through two transformed credit only financial institutions into regulated credit and deposit taking entities requiring comprehensive process reengineering for back office functions and significant change management impacting organizational wide behavior and brand positioning and differentiation. He also successfully introduced an agent network in the DRC subsidiary whereby after one year more than 30% of all bank transactions were through the agent network. Mr. Greenwood has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Fairfield University, USA and an MBA in International Business from Fairfield University, USA.

Kingsley Okezie Ukoh, FCA
Kingsley has over twenty (20) years post certification work experience spanning through auditing, financial control, treasury management and credit risk management. Prior to joining FINCA Microfinance Bank Ltd as Chief Finance Officer in 2016, he was Deputy Chief Finance Officer and Head of Financial Control at BGL PLC. He has strong skillsets in finance, strategy and operations with track record of growing revenue and optimizing earnings through operational efficiency and increased productivity.
Kingsley started his career at Parker Randall Offor, a firm of chartered accountants, where he developed his auditing and tax management skills and rose to Audit Senior before he joined Coscharis group. At Coscharis group, Kingsley was an Assistant Manager (finance & accounts) in charge of branch accounting, tax management and financial reporting.
He left Coscharis for the banking industry and worked at Hallmark Bank now Ecobank Nigeria, Fidelity Bank and Zenith Bank. During this period he developed strong credit risk management, budgeting, treasury management, leadership and financial reporting skillsets.
Kingsley holds MBA (Finance) Degree from University of Wales UK and is a graduate of accounting from Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri. He is Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) and Microfinance Certified Bankers (MCIB). He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Teresa Maru-Munlo

Teresa Maru-Munlo
Teresa Maru-Munlo is a skilled expert in Rural and Agriculture Finance, Training and Institutional Capacity Building, Planning, Reporting Writing, Project Design and Project Evaluation. Until recently, Ms. Munlo was the chairperson of FINCA Malawi, having served as a board member for four years. Before joining the Malawi Board she served as a Regional Training Manager for FINCA International Africa Region. Ms. Munlo has 30 years’ experience in the financial sector, with a special focus in Microfinance, SME Banking and Rural Finance. She is currently a freelance consultant and has experience in training, capacity building, and project design/implementation and project management. Ms. Munlo holds an MBA with specialization in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi and Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration from Newport University. She acquired additional training in Practical Skills & Tools for Microfinance – School of Applied Microfinance Kenya; Microfinance best practice training – Naropa University, Colorado USA; Managing Enterprise Development – Cranfield University, United Kingdom etc.

Alejandro Jakubowicz

Alejandro Jakubowicz
Mr. Alejandro Jakubowicz is a seasoned executive with 29 years of banking experience. Mr. Jakubowicz most recently served as the FINCA Deputy Regional Director for Africa and the CEO of FINCA DR Congo, the largest microfinance institution in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He has also held leadership roles for Citibank in Latin America and was a former board member of Visa Argentina. Prior to becoming the Acting CEO for FINCA Uganda, Alejandro was the Deputy Regional Director for FINCA Africa Region.

Joy Gundran-Snieders
Joy Gundran-Snieders has been a member of the FS Impact Finance team since June 2018 and is responsible for Southeast Asia. Joy has a strong finance and audit background, having started her career at Price Waterhouse Philippines and gathering experience and expertise in various corporate and microfinance institutions over 20 years.
She became involved in microfinance while working for IPC GmbH (Germany) in Uganda, Haiti, and in Eastern European countries such as Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo, and Serbia. She was chief finance officer for Heineken in Kazakhstan and for FINCA in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
She took a break from professional work for a few years focusing on family life but continued to engage in consultancy work for MFIs. Joy has a Bachelor in Commerce with a major in Accountancy from the Ateneo de Davao University and a Master of Business Administration from the Ateneo de Manila University. She enjoys books, films, scuba-diving, travelling to new destinations and family time.

IFEOMA CHUKS-ADIZUE is a seasoned Marketing, Sales and Media Professional with additional expertise in New Business Development with over 15 years of experience leading in strategic and profitable growth of businesses and brands across multiple geographies. Ifeoma Chuks-Adizue started her career with Procter and Gamble Nigeria where she grew in ranks within 12 years from a Brand Manager to a Senior Marking Manager with the responsibility of coaching/leading the team, campaign leads, digital media integration and managing the overall marketing strategy and performance (volume, sales and profit) of the brand across West and East Africa with key focus on Nigeria, Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire, Kenya, Uganda and Ethiopia. She currently holds the position of Marketing Head West Africa + Cocoa Beverages Equity and Innovation Lead Middle East Africa Cadbury Nigeria (A Mondelez International Company), a position she has held for 3 years now; leading the development of Business strategy, Communication strategy and the creative origination of marketing communications for the category across Middle East and Africa (MEA). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from University of Jos, Nigeria as the best graduating student of the year.

Abiola Onakomaya is the Head of Credit in FINCA Microfinance Bank Limited. He joined FINCA with over 10 years of experience in microfinance banking and a specialization in credit administration. Abiola has a track record of proven outstanding work as a result of his wealth of experience in all areas of microfinance, Debt Recovery, Credit Administration, Business Development and Performance Management.
Abiola started his career with Accion Microfinance Bank as a loan officer where he acquired the required skills for Credit Administration, Business Development and Debt recovery and rose through the ranks to the position of Branch Manager and later Product Analyst with strategic focus on Product Development and Management, Customer Experience, Business Development and Marketing Strategy.
Abiola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University and is currently pursuing a Masters in Finance from University of Lagos. He is an Associate (ACIB) and Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He holds other certifications in Business Development from Development Alternatives Resource Centre (DARC) and in Entrepreneurship Development from Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

Maureen Nwankwo acts as the Head of Human Resources for FINCA Microfinance Bank Limited. Maureen is a results-oriented Human Resources professional and Strategic Business Partner with experience in Change Management, Recruitment & Employment Management, Talent & Leadership Development, Compensation & Benefits, Reward Management, Succession Planning, Expatriate Programs, Staff engagement & welfare and Performance Evaluation Management.
Prior to joining FINCA, she worked with MTN Nigeria as an online Customer Representative with focus on complaint resolution and capacity development and Diamond Bank (now Access Bank PLC) in banking operations. While in FINCA Maureen grew from Human Resources Officer to Team Lead, Human Resources operations before assuming the role of Acting Head of Human Resources.
Maureen holds a B.Tech. degree in Project Management from Federal University of Technology Owerri and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. She is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).

Chigozie Innocent Obioha

Chigozie Innocent Obioha is the Chief Accountant FINCA Microfinance bank and has work experience in the financial sector spanning over 13 years in different capacity. He joined FINCA Microfinance bank from RESORT Savings and Loans Plc, where he was a Corporate Internal Auditor, and had outstanding delivery of his roles and responsibilities, and won some accolades and Head, Branch Operations with ACCION Microfinance Bank Limited.
In his capacity as Chief Accountant of FINCA Microfinance Bank, Chigozie manages the entire Finance Department. He is also involved in cross-functional workgroups within the FINCA network supporting all banking operations.
Chigozie is a seasoned Banker and Financial Operations professional with discipline in Business Administrations and Management, and Accounting from the Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, Owerri, Imo State, and Lagos State University respectively; He is also an associate member of reputable institutes in Nigeria such as the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ACA), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI), and Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He is also a M.Sc. in Business Administration candidate (M.Sc. Research Work) and Certified Microfinance Bank Practitioner (MCPE).”

Michael Emeagi

Michael Emeagi has over eight (8) years’ experience in real estate, oil and gas, Contract management, procurement and vendor relationship management and facility management.
Michael Emeagi joined FINCA as Facility and Procurement Supervisor and currently is the Head of Administration Services. Prior to joining FINCA, he worked with Daltex Nigeria Ltd as a Service Engineer, where he mastered installation and maintenance of electronic security systems before he joined Global fleets Oil and Gas Ltd, a downstream oil and gas firm where acquired facility maintenance, administrative services and contract management in the oil and gas industry.
He left Global Fleets Oil and Gas Ltd to Cadwell Nigeria Ltd,a real estate firm, where he developed his facilities, maintenance, procurement, contract management and vendor relationship skills. At Cadwell, he managed the company’s estate including service apartments for expatriates, companies and individuals.
He is a graduate of Electrical and Electronics Engineering with Communication option from Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Imo State and holds an MSc in Financial Engineering from WorldQuant University.

DESMOND ONYEAGHALA

Desmond Onyeaghala
Desmond Onyeaghala is the head of information services for FINCA Nigeria. He joined FINCA Nigeria with over 10 years’ experience in the Microfinance sub-sector and financial services inclusion with bias in information technology, cyber security and business process automation. He started his banking career as the head of Information Technology with OCHE Microfinance where he transformed the bank from start-up to a full grown state of the art information technology structures. He moved to HASAL Micro Finance bank as the Head of System and Network administration and the key support contact for e-banking business and digital finance unit of the bank. He spare headed the implementation of several digital trans-formative projects like the successful migration of the core banking application software to a web based application, integration of USSD to interswitch platform, NIP NIBSS integration, and the development of internet banking App while in HASAL.
Desmond is a graduate of Computer Science from Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri and a Certified Web application Developer (CIW), IBN certified cyber security experts (ICSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and associate Member of Computer Professional Registration Council of Nigeria(CPN).

Charles Chukwuocha

Charles started his career with Eurocomm Securities Ltd (a member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange) as Operations officer, after which he joined AB Microfinance Bank (a subsidiary of Access Holding AG of Germany), as a credit officer. He was later redeployed to the Internal Audit function of the bank. He joined FINCA Microfinance bank in 2016 as Internal Auditor and grew to the level of Senior Internal Auditor and currently the Head of Audit/ Corporate Audit Manager.
He holds a degree in Banking & Finance from the Imo State University, an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the Obafemi Awolowo University.
He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria (ACIB), a Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB). He is also an Associate member of the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria, a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), a member of Portfolio Management Institute of Nigeria as well as a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. He is currently pursuing his Certified Risk Manager (CRM) certification.

Lilian Opara is an experienced Legal Practitioner with a demonstrated history of working in the Corporate Banking Industry. She has 15+ years post Call to the Nigerian Bar experience. She has 11 years’ experience in the Microfinance Banking sector and currently, the Head of Legal and Company Secretary at FINCA Nigeria. Prior to her engagement in FINCA Nigeria, she served as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser at Chikum Microfinance Bank Ltd (April 2010-March, 2021) and earlier worked with D.C. Denwigwe (SAN) & Associates (2008 – April 2010). A Legal professional, skilled in Negotiation, Company Law, Corporate Services, Administration, Human Resources Administration and process/procedural development, her experience and innate quality has enabled her to exude professionalism in her job as the Head of Legal and Company Secretary of FINCA Nigeria making her a regular source of information/knowledge to her peers in the Microfinance Banking sector and beyond.
Lilian Opara holds an L.L.B Hons degree in Law from Imo State University, Owerri. She attended the Nigerian Law School, Lagos after which she was called to the Nigerian Bar. She is a member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), a Microfinance Certified Banker and a registered professional of the Financial reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN).

Collins Ndiokwere is Head of Digital Banking for FINCA Nigeria. He joined FINCA in November 2015 as Relationship Development Officer and later functioned as Agency Banking Officer. He grew in rank to the current position, playing a key role in FINCA Nigeria’s Digital Transformation journey.
Collins obtained his B.Sc in Computer Science from Madonna University Elele, Rivers State. He also holds a Professional Certification in Information Technology from the National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT).
Collins has participated in several development trainings in the areas of Deploying Sustainable Agent Networks (EFINA & Microsave), Digital Transformation and Product Development (Lagos Business School), Data Analytics Leveraging technology (CIBN) amongst others.

Sylvanus Ibiang

Sylvanus Ibiang started his banking career with Ekondo Microfinance Bank Limited in 2017 as a Risk Management and Internal Control officer; he was later redeployed to work as Operations Manager and ATM Custodian before leaving Ekondo in 2021 to join FINCA Microfinance Bank as a Risk Management and Internal Control Officer.
He is currently the Head of Risk and Chief Compliance Officer of FINCA Microfinance Bank. Sylvanus holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, he is a Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB), and Associate member of Risk Management Association of Nigeria (RIMAN) and is currently pursuing his Certified Risk Manager (CRM) certification with RIMAN.

Nathaniel Ojukwu

Nathaniel Ihechi Ojukwu is the Head of Banking Operations for FINCA Microfinance Bank Limited. He has over 10 years experience in banking. He started his career with Union Bank of Nigeria PLC and joined FINCA Microfinance Bank afterwards. He has worked in both Banking Operations and Credit Department of the bank; functioning as a Teller, Head Teller, Branch Operations Supervisor, Customer Relationship Supervisor and Business Unit Manager before becoming the Head of banking Operations.
Nathaniel holds bachelor’s Degrees in Economics, and Certificate in Information and Communication Technology from Abia State University, Uturu. He is a Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB).
