Head, Sales and Product Development

Philip is a chartered banker with over 15 years’ experience in the industry which cuts across banking operations, sales, marketing and product development. He has recorded proven and verified success in various roles across both commercial and microfinance banks.

Philip is currently the Head of Sales and Product Development Unit at FINCA Microfinance Bank Limited, Nigeria. He oversees the implementation and the attainment of the strategic objectives and KPIs of the organization across all branches which spread across Imo State Nigeria. He also develops the sales planner templates for all branches’ sales activities. His role in the bank also includes developing and refining products as the organization strives to meet customers’ needs and preferences.

Prior to joining FINCA Microfinance Bank Limited, he worked with FINBank Plc (Now FCMB) in the operations department which cut across various roles as Teller, Customer Service Officer, Cash Officer, and Relief Head of Operations.

He has vast knowledge in leadership, communication, motivation and other people’s skills. In addition, and over the years, he has acquired varied technical skills, such as MS Excel, Power BI, Business Communication, data analysis, etc., which helps in informed decision-making.

He has obtained various certifications in Anti-money laundering, Customer experience, people management, information security awareness, Business Continuity Planning and a diploma in Product Management.
