Kingsley Okezie Ukoh, FCA

Kingsley has over twenty (20) years post certification work experience spanning through auditing, financial control, treasury management and credit risk management. Prior to joining FINCA Microfinance Bank Ltd as Chief Finance Officer in 2016, he was Deputy Chief Finance Officer and Head of Financial Control at BGL PLC. He has strong skillsets in finance, strategy and operations with track record of growing revenue and optimizing earnings through operational efficiency and increased productivity.

Kingsley started his career at Parker Randall Offor, a firm of chartered accountants, where he developed his auditing and tax management skills and rose to Audit Senior before he joined Coscharis group. At Coscharis group, Kingsley was an Assistant Manager (finance & accounts) in charge of branch accounting, tax management and financial reporting.
He left Coscharis for the banking industry and worked at Hallmark Bank now Ecobank Nigeria, Fidelity Bank and Zenith Bank. During this period he developed strong credit risk management, budgeting, treasury management, leadership and financial reporting skillsets.
Kingsley holds MBA (Finance) Degree from University of Wales UK and is a graduate of accounting from Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri. He is Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) and Microfinance Certified Bankers (MCIB). He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
